We’ve been shortlisted in the Great British Food Awards

We’re very proud to announce that we have reached the final of the fresh meat category of the Great British Food Awards with our Free Range Chicken.

Our General Manager, Nigel Upson is delighted with the news of the shortlist: “We are extremely proud to have reached this stage of a renowned national food competition with our free range chicken that is reared just a few miles away from the factory.”

The Great British Food Awards were launched in 2014 by the eponymous magazine to celebrate the country’s finest home-grown ingredients, producers and those who cook with them. New categories have been added for this year to take the total to 20 across meat, dairy, fish, confectionery, baked products, snacks, gluten-free products, cereal, preserves, oils, beer, cider and gin.

The shortlisted products are being taste tested further by some of the top names in the food and drink industry with winners to be announced in the October edition of the Great British Food magazine, out September 8.
