Free Range and Grain Fed Chicken Cuts

In addition to trussed and untrussed whole chicken, we supply a wide range of skinless and skin on, boneless and bone in Yorkshire chicken portions, including speciality cuts like supremes, large drumsticks for sausage meat and spatchcock chicken.

Hand Diced Chicken Breast

Our Hand Diced chicken breast is expertly cut by our trained team of 20 strong master butchers. Hand diced to your requirement with a standard cut of 25-35mm.

Chicken Legs

Our chicken legs come is a variety of formats ranging from the standard double chicken leg to oyster chicken leg.

Double legs come in three sizes and are cut from the following birds; small (1.3-1.5) Medium (1.5-1.7) and extra-large (2.3-2.6+) we also hand cut chicken oyster legs to your required portion sizes where possible.

Chicken Wings

Our chicken wings are processed from the best Yorkshire grain fed chickens available. We also offer a speciality single joint cut.

Chicken wings come in two sizes and are cut from the following birds; small (1.3-1.5) Medium (1.5-1.7), single joint cuts can be ordered to specific weight tolerances where possible.

Premium Chicken Breast

Our premium chicken breast is one of the many Great Taste Award Winning product, the breast is left to mature on the bone before being hand cut for that premium cut and fantastic taste.

We offer a wide range of chicken breasts and hand calibrate for the quality weight grading. Sizes of breast are as follows; 160-200g, 200-230g, 230-260g, 260-280g, 280g++

Chicken Supremes

Chicken Supremes are another of our fantastic Great Taste Award Winning product, perfect for that black tie or wedding reception and a clear favourite for dinner parties, once again these are matured on the bone for a flavour that is unmistakable.

We offer a wide range of chicken breasts and hand calibrate for the quality weight grading. Sizes of breast are as follows; 160-200g, 200-230g, 230-260g, 260-280g, 280g++

Deboned Chicken Leg

Expertly hand deboned by our team of trained butcher men and ladies, we are well known for our large deboned chicken legs. These are fantastic used in kebab making or for sausage making where you get the full flavour and moisture synonymous with leg meat.

We offer one size of debone chicken legs as standard which are cut from our large cockerel. These are a 2.3-2.6+ birds which a portion size ranging from 400g+

Deboned Chicken Thigh Meat

Expertly hand deboned by our team of trained butcher men and ladies, we are well known for our large deboned chicken thigh meat. Fast becoming one of our best sellers chicken thigh meat is as versatile as our premium chicken breast with the added benefit of additional flavour and moisture from the dark meat.

We offer one size of debone chicken legs as standard which are cut from our large cockerel. These are a 2.3-2.6+ birds which a portion size ranging from 150g+

Reduced Sized Portions

Soanes Poultry are fast becoming known for our ability to offer an Award-Winning Yorkshire Grain fed chicken breast portion to match the needs of the more price sensitive local authority and QSR sectors. We do this by using our most efferent meat yielding cockerels and cutting down the breast into portion sizes to meet your requirements.

Our reduced sized portions have not end to the weight tolerances we are able to provide, we are able to offer a number of tailed market sectors standard including but not limited to the local authority requirement of 55-70g and 110-130g. also a staple reduced size breast of 140-170g at a very competitive price with no compromise on quality.

Available is a host of formats our chicken really do have a place in every customer's order book, from the standard untrussed birds for cutting, trussed birds for the traditional butchers counter to the fully packaged tray wrapped birds for that fully branded look and onto our market leading reduced packaging fully branded tagged birds their really is a product for all. Sizes range from the modest 1.2kg birds to the centrepiece of any family dinner 2.6kg+ cockerel.
