Technical Manager tackles 10k race for charity

The Technical Manager at an East Yorkshire poultry business is celebrating after raising valuable funds for charity.

Soanes Poultry’s Andy Dolman was part of Team Jark that finished 4th out of 52 teams and raised over £800 at the Jane Tomlinson 10k race in Hull.  Mr. Dolman said: “I was proud to run with our labour supplier’s team and delighted that we were just 16 seconds away from a top three place.”

Mr. Dolman was appointed as Technical Manager at the Middleton-on-the-Wolds business in 2013 and was responsible for the business securing a Grade A in the BRC (British Retail Consortium) Food Safety standard earlier this year.
