Your Christmas Cockerel is packed in a protective atmosphere for freshness. Please keep refrigerated below 5˚C and do not remove it from the bag until you plan to cook it. 

Our orders are delivered via courier. Please follow the link for more information about delivery and returns. COOKING ADVICE AND RECIPE IDEAS

All chicken products should be cooked thoroughly, until there is no pink meat and the juices run clear. Ensure the product is piping hot before serving. Do not reheat. Follow the cooking instructions on the bag for more information.

STORAGE

Keep refrigerated. See label for use by date. Suitable for freezing. Freeze as soon as possible after delivery and always before the use by date. Once frozen use within 3 months. Defrost thoroughly before cooking. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
