Proud as punch to win Large Business Award

The team at Church Hill Farm and surrounding farms are celebrating after we won the Large Business of the Year award at the annual Hull Mail Business awards.

The winners of the awards were announced at a virtual ceremony that was hosted by BBC Breakfast presenter, Louise Minchin with Hull Daily Mail and Hull Live publisher, Neil Hodgkinson last week.

The 21st annual awards recognised and celebrated the brilliance shown by the companies and individuals in Hull and East Yorkshire who have kept the economy going during an unprecedented and challenging year.

MD, Nigel Upson collected the award on behalf of our 120 strong team: “Our team worked round the clock to keep local butchers supplied with our award-winning chicken during each lockdown and continue to work hard to satisfy increased orders as people are still choosing to support local butchers and independent retailers.”

We faced stiff competition from North Newbald based Rockar, who provide e-Commerce solutions for car manufacturers and dealers.
