We’ve reached the final of the Food Manufacture Excellence Awards

The team here at Middleton on the Wolds are celebrating after being shortlisted in the Food Manufacture Excellence Awards .

We have been named as a finalist in the Meat, Poultry and Seafood Manufacturing Company of the Year category in the annual awards that celebrate outstanding achievement within the UK’s fast-growing food and drink industry.

We face stiff competition from fellow finalists, including food processing giant, ABP; smoked salmon producer, John Ross Jr and family owned butcher, J.C Altham.

Our General Manager, Nigel Upson said: “We’re delighted to be shortlisted in this national excellence in manufacturing awards.

“It’s great to see smaller, family owned businesses in the same final as industry giants.”

The winners will be revealed at an awards dinner at the London Hilton on Park Lane on Wednesday 7 November.
