More gastronomic delights from our sales and marketing chief, Ben. This week it’s Salt and Pepper Chicken that’s had us salivating in the office, so we thought that we’d share the recipe with you.
In a bowl, mix
600g of diced Soanes chicken breast
1 teaspoon of minced garlic
1 teaspoon of minced ginger
1 tablespoon of shaohsing rice wine or dry sherry.
Cornflour to make a thick batter
and deep fry or shallow fry till golden and cooked.
In another pan, fry
2 sliced white onions
1 red pepper and
1 finely sliced chilli (to taste)
Until al dente, then mix in cooked chicken and stir fry with salt and pepper seasoning (Ben bought his from B and M)
