Congratulations on your well deserved promotion, Piotr

The management team at Church Hill Farm are excited to share the news that long-term employee Piotr Trzeciak has received a well-deserved promotion. 

Former dispatch manager Piotr has been promoted to the new position of  Operations Liaison Manager with immediate effect.

Announcing the news, MD Ben Lee said: “Piotr’s well-deserved promotion is part of our people development plan that identifies members of the team with the potential to progress within the business.

“Piotr has been with us for 19 years is a valued employee and a much respected team player. Over the years, he has worked diligently and effectively, demonstrated exceptional commitment and shown a clear understanding of our future plans. This well-deserved promotion is a natural progression for him, and we wish him every success.”

Piotr said: “I love working at Soanes and I’m very excited about this new role working with the operations, dispatch and commercial teams to maintain our deliveries of high-quality chicken with exceptional service.”

Piotr will also be responsible for health and safety, overseeing workflow processes and implementing operational procedures.

When he’s not working, Piotr, who lives in Hutton Cranswick, enjoys spending time with his family, keeping fit and mountain biking with his boys in Dalby Forest.
